"Small Town Boy" is the fourth album from singer/songwriter Paul Bell. Nine new songs written with Paul's trademark melodic sensibility and lyrics that connect life's big mysteries with its everyday hopes and struggles.
Paul teamed up with producers Dan and Matt Weeks of weeksweeksweeks for this album, and there's a richness and freshness to the sound as a result, adding horns and lap steel to the sonic palette of Paul's acoustic guitar and piano. Real grown-up songs.
The album features live favourites "Four" and "California" along with some new songs including the brooding "River", toe-tapping "No love lost" and the uplifting closer "Still got a way to go".
